The well equipped newly refurbished apartment comprises of one bedroom with queen bed plus a lounge with futon (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) and sofa bed (sleeps 2) for additional sleeping facilities. There is also a separate dining area, plus a kitchenette with benchtop oven, hob, microwave and fridge, washing machine and dryer. The large bathroom has both a shower and bath plus a separate toilet. Sky TV (with over 40 channels) and free unlimited WiFi internet (for those with their own laptops) are included. Outdoors the large garden has a heated covered spa / hot tub for your EXCLUSIVE use, a BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture including sofas and tables and chairs, and a small in-ground unheated pool for summer use (again for exclusive use during your stay). The safe swimming beach is directly across the quiet cul-de-sac street (the Google map onn our 'Contact" page shows how close the sea is!). The private apartment is on the bottom floor of the owner’s residence (Tony and Carole Bennett of Real Special Ltd. ) wtih both residences have separate entrances and plenty of off-street parking.
